We work with the Owner and Architect/Engineer to identify cost-effective construction methods, review design and working drawings to minimize errors, and evaluate materials, systems, and equipment to guide selection decisions.
We administer construction contracts, manage submittals, pay requests, and insurance documentation, provide on-site supervision to ensure work meets specifications and stays on schedule, and close out the project through punch list completion, warranty management, and collection of final lien releases and O&M manuals.
Jackson's closeout process begins well before substantial completion, giving our team time to prepare documentation, coordinate inspections, and finalize the punch list. This attention to detail through the final stages ensures a smooth transition from construction to occupancy, so owners can begin using their new facility with confidence.
